Updated: June 14, 2024: Video of new litter above. Zeva gave birth to 9 healthy puppies on Monday June 10th.  She had 4 males, and 5 females. We took Zeva, and puppies to the vet for a check up on Thursday.  Zeva, and the puppies are all in good health.  We only took 7 deposits so we have 2 puppies available.  If anyone is interested in one of the puppies please call me at 512-632-4624.

We bred her with Gus again.  We look forward to another outstanding litter.  If Zeva is pregnant the litter should arrive in mid June. Our next litter is scheduled to arrive in June 2024.  We bred Zeva (AKC Reg. #SR95995301) with Gus (AKC Reg, #2SS2215507).  The puppies are $2000.00 each for a male, and $2200.00 for a female lab.  We require a $300.00 deposit to hold one of the puppies.  Your deposit will be cashed, and non refundable unless we do not have a puppy for you.   We insist the new owners pick up their puppies at 7 weeks old, one week after their first set of shots. We are happy to kennel the puppies after 7 weeks, but we have a $20.00 per day kennel fee.  During this time I train the puppies to sit, stay, and fetch. If you are interested in getting a new AKC registered Labrador Retriever puppy please contact us at 512-632-4624 (cell).

We purchased Gus in November 2020.  He is now almost 4 years old, and the sire of our last litter with Maggie Mae, Zeva, and Bailey.  Gus is a big boy  at almost 90 Lbs. He is a “Classic” English Lab with a block head, and a strong “Otter Tail” that is always wagging.  Gus has an excellent pedigree   Gus was sired by Diamond M’s Sixguns A Blazin Hunter By Belquest (OFA26E, EIC, CNM)  He has a great personality, and wonderful temperament (sweet as he can be). He is great with my Grandkids, and just wonderful friendly lab. He is trained to sit, stay, and fetch, and eat lots of treats.  Gus is available for stud services.

Meet Zeva, Maggie Mae & Gus Above Video

We are a small AKC Labrador Retriever breeder.  We have three labs.  Maggie Mae, Zeva, and big boy Gus.  Maggie Mae is the mother of Zeva.   Maggie Mae is a yellow English Labrador Retriever,  She was spayed after her last litter.  She produced 5 litters, and we decided to retire her.  She is our pet now,  Zeva is Maggie Mae's daughter.  The sire was Deets an Amerian Labrador Retriever.  She is a mix of English, and American AKC Registered Labrador Retriever.  We will breed her again with Gus for our nest litter scheduled to arrive June 2024.

Why We Chose Labrador Retrievers

Why have we chosen to breed these magnificent dogs? We have had Labrador Retriever's in our family for over 30 years. Obviously, Labrador Retrievers are the most popular breed in America. Because of their even temperament and trainability, millions of Americans own Labrador Retrievers as pets. In addition, Labradors are well-suited as disability-assistants in many countries; for example, Labradors are frequently trained to aid the blind and those who have autism. They also work as therapy dogs, as well as perform screening and detection work for law enforcement and other official agencies.  Additionally, they are prized as sporting and hunting dogs.  For all of these reasons we have chosen to breed Labrador Retriever puppies in Austin, Texas

Excellent Companion : Perfect Hunting Dog

The Labrador Retriever is a strongly built, medium-sized, short-couple dog that possesses a sound, athletic, well-balanced conformation that enables it to function as a retrieving gun dog. It has both the substance and soundness to hunt waterfowl or upland game for long hours under difficult conditions.  We believe the 10 lab puppies inherited these traits also. For these reasons, we are dedicated to breeding our Labrador Retrievers by combining exceptional looks, disposition, and structure in accordance with the Labrador Retriever Club’s standards.

Below Is A video Of Maggie Mae, and Deets (Zeva's Parents)

Below is a video of Maggie Mae, and Deets proud parents of ZEVA.  As you can see Deets is a black  American AKC registered Labrador Retriever.  Maggie Mae is an English Lab. Zeva is 1/2 American Labrador Retriever, and 1/2 English Labrador Retriever. Warning: There is music with this video. If you don't want to hear the music please turn down your volumn.

The Labrador Retriever: America's Most Popular Breed

For the Twenty Seventh straight year, the nation's largest purebred dog registry has ranked Labradors as the most popular breed in the country.. The AKC states: “The Labrador Retriever has its paws firmly planted in Americans’ hearts. The Lab is such a versatile and family-friendly breed. From hunters to sportsmen, pet owners, and event competitors, Labradors are the dog of choice for the best of reasons. (according to USA Today)” They are also popular as service dogs and therapy dogs. Labradors are a loving breed that make excellent furry family members, are wonderful with children, adults, and animals alike, and offer years of unconditional love and support to the right owner and caretaker. It doesn't hurt that they are great looking and fun-loving dogs, too! The Lab is such a versatile dog that it’s no wonder it makes a great companion for a variety of lifestyles. The most distinguishing characteristics of the Labrador Retriever are its short, dense, weather resistant coat; an "otter" tail; a clean-cut head with broad back skull and moderate stop; powerful jaws; and its "kind," friendly eyes, expressing character, intelligence and good temperament.
